I had never done chakra dancing before and it's very powerful. As you move through the different chakras Jules encourages you to move in a really free way, connecting with the elements and moving with awareness to your chakras with suggestions that help connect you to and bring more energy and awareness to these areas. Jules is such a lovely, enthusiastic person and will encourage you to connect deeper, feel and support you with your process of letting go. A dance that awakens you and connects you to yourself with a radiant enthusiastic teacher who has really found her thing. Thanks Jules.
